Was always a fan of this humble hawker store and so happy for their return, now with a fixed air-conditioned space of their own. Quality remains the same as 2 years back. Prices have gone up by ~$2 (rightfully so) but remain highly value-for-money given the generous loading of ingredients. Their menu has also expanded to introduce desserts and a range of craft beers.

Soft and fluffy buns sandwich perfectly grilled meat emitting smoky goodness. The classic beef was hearty with sweet-sour homemade tomato sauce and refreshing crunchy pickles. Sliced pulled pork was flavourful, with brightness from the citrus lemon mayo. Would have preferred had the cheese been grilled rather than just added on at the end for a more creamy bite. Do pair the burgers with their well-seasoned and addictive hand-cut fries ($2.50).

Sitting in front of the grilling station left us constantly drooling at the burgers. Will be back to try the others on the menu! P.S do make a reservation beforehand or wait up to 30 mins for a seat.
