Served with lots of spring onion, minced pork, seaweed, bamboo shoots and an egg in the middle. Mix everything properly, add chilli oil or flakes to your liking. Ta da, every mouth is Japan shouting at you. Chicken kaarage elevated the entire dish because who doesn't like some fried and tasty protein with ramen. The restaurant is two storey, with plenty of seats. Might be slightly crowded during lunch time but I have always managed to get seats around 12pm lunch time.
