i knew i definitely had to try their signature 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙚 & 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 [$13]. what a unique blend of fruit, cheese and bread, right? surprisingly, though, i really loved this dish! the juicy, tangy grapes wedged on a savoury spread of ricotta created a unique combination of tastes to go with the crispy brioche below. the matcha was also complemented by the floral scent of the lavender bits, and the pistachio crumbs added another dimension to the texture of each bite. also... A* for presentation! the rows upon rows of sliced grapes looked like a mosaic with semicircle tiles.
