Lots of wok hei and there's a burn from sth(we believe it's alcohol but the waiter insist there's no alcohol in the dish) so probably pepper lol. Each grain was separated and really easy to eat. The grains were on the softer side but they were definitely not mushy at all and I loved it. Probably don't expect too much unagi and you'll love this plate of fried rice. Mostly the unagi tare flavour but not quite though, and on the sweeter side
