This is the most zhng-ed Braised Duck Rice I've ever ordered. From Oriental Stall (stall #19) at Maxwell Food Centre, I topped up my plate of braised duck rice with braised tofu, braised taupok, braised egg and even extra duck breast meat until the rice is barely visible. 😅 All of these for only $6.80. The braised duck is lean yet so soft and tender with almost nonexistent gamey taste. 👍🏻

Curious why I added all those sides? The uncle literally took them out from his braising pot upon order! 😘 That means the sides were not left out on display and dried out from the savoury sauce.

P.S.: The uncle did serve some of the sides which were on display to the next customer. So... ... my tip is to smile radiantly when you order. Haha 😄
