Second visit to Zhang Liang. We ordered the same ma la broth as the first time we came, but a pity that it was way too salty this time round. Tried a new curly noodle (on the right) and it was better than the normal instant noodles that were a bit overcooked. It has a similar texture to that of Taiwan’s instant wide 拌面. They are pretty crowded during lunch on weekdays, so it’d be good to come after that peak!
