Great experience at Waa Cow! with very friendly staff, fast service with little waiting time, nice decor and ambience, and more importantly yummy mentaiko salmon/truffle beef rice bowls. 3 course meal consists of rice bowl, mentaiko scallops, and a beverage of your choice (we got the asahi dry and stout beers). Loved the salmon mentaiko bowl and found the truffle beef one too sweet but my partner prefers the truffle beef bowl. Every dish was tasty and it is worth the buck with the Burpple deal
