From classic bites to hearty breakfast delights, eggs were the true heroes of our lazy Saturday meal! With my favourite being their Italian Sausage Breakfast Platter ($26), it comes with savoury home cooked baked beans, fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, leafy greens and oven-roasted potatoes. Good for sharing; the tanginess of the saucy tomato base and the chunks of zucchini found in the beans really helped to cut through the richness of the crispy bacon strips and spiced pork sausages. The house-made bread was light, airy and well-toasted too - great with the creamy eggs.
