Red velvet egg waffle with sea salt Hokkaido milk soft serve and white chocolate rose sauce, Japanese cheesecake, berry compote and cream cheese marshmallow. A lot going on here and even though the waffle itself was crisp, I wasn’t too much a fan of this as a whole due to the sweetness. Would be great if the soft serve was cheese flavoured to balance it out.
