I visited Lighthouse Bistro without any expectations and boy am I pleasantly surprised by the Sous Vide Aust Rib Eye ($28). The medium-rare steak is pink on the inside without being bloody, and there is a good balance of fat and meat. I love how the steak is packed with natural juices and flavour, and it goes really well with the delicious grilled asparagus, sautéed mushrooms and mashed potato. Polished my plate clean! P.S.
