Did you know that Yokohama has their own Castella cake brand? It's so spongey and soft with a tad of sweetness on the brown edges.

Ayumi's wedding cake is a baumkuchen, filled with a layer of caramel on all edge. Yet not too sweet for me, the cake is moist and has a very sport expiry of just 4 days! Probably because no preservatives were used! 😱
