You might think that this is an exaggeration or that my words are hyperbolic - but best believe me when I tell you, I have no words to describe this magnificent dish; but of course, I can only try. When it was first served, I knew that by the fragrant aroma of this fresh seafood pasta, it was on its way to winning my heart. The tagliatelle was perfectly textured, perfectly al dente (man, it’s al dente and beyond). I believe it was simmered in a wonderful flavoured crustacean broth and kombu butter, which brought out a unique, and strong delightful flavour that can only be justified when you try it for yourself. Prawns were fresh, and the fried kale gave an amazing crisp and finish to the whole pasta. My greedy nature (and hunger) led me to gobble up this plate - as with food this amazing, it was only a matter of minutes. Admittedly, I was extremely satisfied with this dish, which only left me hungering for more.
