DIY Pasta (~$17)

Quite a fun experience building my own pasta @pastasupremosg . I added all my loves to my pasta. Garlic confit prawns, mushroom mix, sous vide egg. Tried the blue pea curly pasta with sichuan peppers, chilli, garlic and duck fat sauce. The overall flavour was tasty and but I would have preferred the pasta slightly more al dente with a more spicy sichuan punch.
