A small (and halal!) eatery at One KM, Tender Fresh has a wide selection of paella and pastas, with the classic fried chicken x fries comfort food combo as well. My Laksa Spaghetti ($8.90) was too watery for my liking, but the spice level hit the spot and the succulent shrimp that came with it was definitely TENDER and FRESH.
Guess it lives up to its name then!
