Ferroiva Cherry Cake ($42.00) consisted of Chocolate Sponge, Ferrovia Cherry, Chocolate Cream, Vanilla Mascarpone and Cherry Wine. I like their cake got strong taste of chocolate sponge & cream and cherry wine but got mixed bitter and sweet aftertaste. But the vanilla mascarpone cream was quite smooth texture and not that thick for me. The texture of Ferroiva Cherry cake was quite smooth and moist.
