Picked matcha ice cream for our parfait. A pretty nice parfait loaded with decent amount of ingredients — from white peach and agar cube to shiratama mochi and warabi mochi. The whole parfait came out sweet while lacking the combination of different flavours and texture. The Japanese kuromitsu (black honey) is really fragrant, but I suggest dripping it moderately as you eat to avoid sweetness overload. Portion was a bit tiny for its price.
