Among all that we tried, this dish from @abracowdabra has got to be my favourite among all! π SATAY with Phad Thai?! Hmmm... sounds like a fusion of Malay and Thai cuisine that surprisingly work wonders to my palate! π The fragrant nutty satay sauce along with the pleasant, aromatic tinge of spice from the sambal chilli- a sweet & spicy combination that would suit those with a lower threshold for spice! As one who adores spice, I was glad the spicy factor here is rather prominent ππ». The chicken chunks were also tender and succulent, well marinated and a compatible companion to the satay sauce! β¨ The crab phad thai comprises of snow crab leg along with a sous vide egg that possessed a soft, runny yolk, adding moisture and texture when mixed together with the thin vermicelli noodles. Thankfully this came with snow crab leg instead of surimi crabstick which I personally loathe for its fake flavour and plastic-alike texture. Each bowl of phad thai also comprises of egg omelette and a medley of spices such as spring onions, chilli flakes and fried shallots incorporated within the thin vermicelli noodles, enhancing the overall flavour and fragrance .
