Squeezed lines of excited faces slowly inched into a humbly decorated kiosk, bareboned and streaked with pale wood accents. A queer sight within the luxe fittings of Isetan. I'm talking about the new @lukeslobstersg, whose π—Ήπ—Όπ—―π˜€π˜π—²π—Ώ 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 ($25.50) has invited much fanfare.

You'd first notice two fluffy buns struggling to hold back an overflow of chunky scarlet lobster. Eye-soothing but also rendered a slightly skewed proportion, as the light buttery crisp of the buns got drowned out by the rest of the flavours and textures.
-
To sharply showcase the lobster's freshness, its meat was seasoned rather tastefully and subduedly, submerging the palate in a crisp crustacean sweetness whilst carrying a sliver of brine. Occasionally, light notes of lemon and creamy mayo still managed to creep in for some pizzazz.
-
It was solid but didn't leave much of an impression, candidly speaking. It was better than $18 lobster rolls, but not by a huge stretch. A hilarious scene which lingered though, was a ramble of Spotify Ads playing in the background as I took my first bite.
