[Chinatown] This China-originated dish has gained much popularity over the past few years and has sprung up at many places, yet not many do it as well as here. Over at 日日红麻辣香锅, meat and vegetables are charged by portions, instead of the usual 100g. Your chosen ingredients are wok fried with mala chilli oil and dried chillies, then piled up in a big bowl. The dish is fragrant and seasoned nicely, while the medium level of spice was just nice. Prices for the portions are relatively affordable (p.s. we did spend $80 for 5 people because we have black holes for stomachs) so don't expect to spend more than $10 per person if you're a normal eater #singaporefood #burpple
