If you are thinking of a jello pudding, it is not. The texture is closer to a moist and firm cake. A smart move on using frozen berries as they accentuate a sharp refreshing flavour. 😘
What made us wowed was the burnt butter on the side. The light flavour with a seductive buttery aroma brought all the elements of this dessert together. I admit, this is one of the best desserts I've enjoyed in months. 👍
