Big piece of tender & succulent chicken thigh; strong smoky taste but spices taste is very mild, hence meat tasted quite bland; love the orange cream sauce at the side, thick & creamy yet citrusy & refreshing, complement the meat well; mashed potatoes at the bottom is very smooth; with fresh & crunchy greens tossed in ginger soy vinaigrette, a tad too oily though..
