Raindrop Cake (S$4.50) may not be the most trending dessert after 2016, but it was interesting to see Ichiban Sushi bringing it into their dessert menu.

Jiggly clear jelly best consumed with every spoonful of it thinly coated with the brown sugar syrup and soybean powder. The light flavour makes one feel less guilty of finishing one serving of dessert by himself.
