The 红油抄手 is pretty good! Fragrant, spicy and packed with ingredients on the inside, with the skin remaining thin and chewy! It's a wonder how the thin skin managed to hold all the ingredients within intact without breaking 😂 yet another dish that’s wiped off the table really quickly!

Personally really enjoyed the sauce and wished I had more stomach space to store more food because I can imagine the sauce going well with a bowl of egg noodle 🤤
