I particularly liked the salmon as it was really tender and well-marinated without any fishy stench. If only every table wasn't limited to one serving 😟

Of course no japanese buffet is complete without sashimi and i enjoyed their sashimi which was sufficiently thick and fresh👍🏻 However, the makis here failed to meet my expectations. The rice felt like they had been overcooked and a few of the nigiri i had failed to hold together 😕

Also, i felt that the buffet menu was somewhat limited, especially as compared to other places such as Shin minori which has a more extensive selection of makis, with a great number of special rolls such as salmon with cream cheese, spider rolls and makis with unagi (which sadly cannot be found anywhere in the menu??) On the whole, i feel that Irodori has its fair share of hits and misses and while it is worth a try, it doesn't warrant repeated visits from me😅
