The three newly launched individual set menus are priced at $36.80++, $48++ & $68++ per person (min 2 pax), and you can even top up $38++ / pax for wine pairing.

The $68++ menu includes the Stir-fried Ramen with Lobster in XO Sauce, a unique, must-try dish that shows off the chef’s penchant for experimentation. Next is the Stewed Japanese Kurobuta Pork, with house made barbecue sauce permeating every inch of the superbly tender loin meat. The nourishing Double-boiled Shredded Shark’s Fin in Shark’s Cartilage Soup (cooked for 5 hours) and the great appetiser combo of Chilled Black Fungus and Jellyfish in Vinaigrette, Crispy Whitebait tossed with Salt & Pepper, and Crackling Pork Belly are some of the other highlights of this delectable set menu.
