It’ll be an illegal act to insult a dish w eggs 😡 everyone LOVES eggs!! be it in any forms… but for me, scrambled eggs wins my ♥️ instantly, no doubts needed! 😗✌🏻

im fortunate to dig out some time (literally 6days bef October) on a weekday morning to hv my brunch at @elixir.boutiqueroasters which was part of my bestf (yes @b ) ending in September 😿 totally no regrets despite the far distance… i mean frm 1 end to the other end of 🇸🇬… im sure it isnt tht long either so ✊🏻

this plate frm @elixir.boutiqueroasters is generously portioned w truffle scrambled eggs tht hits the spot in ur mouth as the tingling sensation of truffle jus allure ur tastebuds 🤤🤤🤤

I’ll highly recommend u to hv a mouthful of:
the prosciutto (also generously given) w its soft & fluffed up semi-buttery brioche & ur leafy greens 🥬 its a total texture-play & robust part in ur mouth 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 literally u can taste the crisp frm the greens & the saltiness frm the meat falls nicely on a soft cushion (our dearest brioche) 🥺🥺

so to justify a gd brunch like this, a 9/10 will be gd 😆✌🏻 (-1 for its 💲)
