The 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐠 ($12) was a pork belly in a sweet-sour sauce and the fats were just a juicy explosion in the mouth. Despite not being a fan of fatty meat, the juiciness was unlike anything I’ve tasted and definitely worth a try for the fatty pork lovers out there.
