Here I was standing at the famous fishball noodles stall and decided to try something different - Braised Pork Rib Noodles. As expected, they got skills for cooking noodles to the right firm and springy texture I love! 😊 There was a good portion of braised pork ribs and they were so savoury and tender that it takes almost no effort to break the meat down. I like that the minced meat was on the leaner side and the addition of crunchy ikan bilis. But the downer was that they didn't add braised gravy to the noodles which would have levelled up the tastiness of the noodles. πŸ˜‹
