This hotplate stingray was $15! My personal opinion is that uhh still not enough sambal splattered on it! My number 1 stingray place still goes to yuhua village hawker centre.

For someone who dislikes eating chilli as a kid till I was 20+.. every tzechar that I eat now needs to be accompanied by chilli!🌶️🌶️🌶️ Can't really rmbr at which point I started loving chilli. but it may have been because of Tian Tian chicken rice back in 2012. The mad craze for sambal type of chilli was ever since I fell in love with putien white beehoon and white restaurant white beehoon! 😄
