Hokkaido milk soft serve covered in creamy custard. The custard was again coated with hardened caramelized sugar formed from torching. Delicious but quite expensive since other ice cream cones available in the shop have ice creams that were fully stuffed above the waffle cone. Can this be on burpple beyond?
