Waffle had a great crispy outer, dense and a tad chewy inner and dissolve easily in the mouth. Strong essence of flavour that is somewhat similar to Kueh Bahulu. The plating had honey and chocolate sauce around it too.

Strawberry Biscoff - Sweet and milky with toasty crumb.
Yuzu Champagne - Pleasantly nice, tart and fragrant. So Good.
Osmanthus Lychee - Taste start from lychee, ends with osmanthus. Beautiful fusion.
