During this period, there will be exclusive limited time ala carte dishes and thoughtfully-curated set menus made available from 4 May to 24 June 2018 in their casual dining brands of Crystal Jade Kitchen and Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao.

Several of the highlights include the Roasted Honey Barbecue Pork Collar ($16.80) and Chinese Yam & Wolfberry with Dried Scallop Congee ($8.80) from Crystal Jade Kitchen and Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower and Black Fungus in Chinese Wine ($18.80/$36.80) from Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao. The former meat dish has got to be the star for me as it is made with the finest Iberico pork collar which has a balanced fats to meat ratio that’s marinated in a superior char siew sauce and roasted to perfection. The latter is a nourishing plate of steamed chicken that has been cooked together with cordyceps flower and black fungus in an aromatic Chinese wine. The earthiness coming from the cordyceps flower and black fungus paired brilliantly with the sweetness from the wine, and these flavours with the tender chicken pieces make a great dish with a bowl of steamed rice.
