It’s not easy to get goose liver sausage in Singapore, let alone a delicious version of it. So when I ended up having lunch at Kam’s Roast in Jewel today, it was a no-brainer to order this dish. Especially since my daughter doesn’t eat goose, so ordering a dish of goose would have meant lots of leftovers. I nearly finished this on my own, there were just four slices left. A must order, whether dining alone or with a group. : )
