Awesome service indeed! 💖 For the toppings, I picked savoury crunch and vegan brownies and for the sauce, caramelised peanut butter. In collaboration with @matchayasg , @tomspalettesg had came up with a special limited edition flavor- Kinako Kuromitsu which is a combination of Japanese brown sugar and soybean flavour. Dairy free, the texture is less creamy and lighter to the palate, with bits of chewy brown sugar jelly embedded within. The roasted flavour and aroma was distinct and lingering, lightly sweetened with kuromitsu. Personally would have preferred for a stronger and more intense roasted flavour though. The savoury crunch came in huge chunks that were crisp with a subtle savoury note but didn't had much significant impact to the flavours and texture to the parfait. Regretted requesting for more sauce, as the sweetness of sticky and gooey caramelised peanut butter sauce got quite overwhelming after awhile. Though there was a characteristic lingering nutty flavour of peanut butter, it would have been better if the sauce was less sticky and thick with perhaps some bits of crunch embedded within .
