chocolate cake! Adorable presentation and infinitely more fun to look at than eat, the chocolate cake with chestnut icing was far from the best I've had but the "tofu", made from panna cotta, was quite excellent and served with a "dashi" of chilled tea. Amazing idea to use matcha pocky pieces to imitate scallions!
