Italian celebrity chef brothers, Enrico and Roberto Cerea from Three-Michelin starred Da Vittorio of Lombardy, Italy, is in town to unveil a new menu at Fratelli of RWS.

I was one of the lucky few to meet them in person last week, and I got to try their dishes inspired by their treasured family recipes, featuring fresh summer harvests and artisanal ingredients from Italy.

Pictured is our appetizer, which is grilled langoustine tail in red radish espuma. The delicate flesh of the langoustine works seamlessly with an equally light espuma, punctuated with bursts of herby fragrance from the medley of herbs. This was an excellent starter to our meal.
