Found this surprising little treat while strolling Foodie Festival at Hougang Mall today. Real coconut filling (with the bits, yes!) rolled in a moist and fluffy bed of pandan chiffon cake, with an unmistakable fragrance of pandan and coconut milk. The result is a delicious, homely local dessert. We would want to have this anytime, again and again.

The festival will stick around til 27 July (only!!) so be sure to try this out at My Little Baking Hut before the fest is over!
