While there’s nothing to shout about for the ramen🍜, the ebi🍤 sando, on the other hand was simple yet delectable😋. Made with chunky prawns🦐, lightly breaded and deep-fried till crispy, their thick and succulent ebi katsu was to die for😌. It’s then sandwiched between two grilled slices of buttered milk toast🍞 and a layer of coleslaw to strike that perfect👍 balance of flavours.
