The Claypot Sesame Oil Chicken (SGD $7.20) is their signature dish. As fragrant as ever, the savoury salty nutty gravy is rich and thick in flavour. The boneless chunks of chicken meat are marinated overnight in Chee Seng 100% Pure White Sesame Oil, and the claypot style ensures the texture is moist, tender, and easily eaten. Best paired with white rice.
.
The Claypot Sambal Seafood (SGD $7.80) has a savoury spicy sweet gravy of sambal chili, thin yet bold in flavour. It's filled with a medley of fresh seafood, including fish, shrimp, squid rings, crabstick, and an assortment of vegetables like onions, and okra / lady's finger. All thickly cut and satisfiying with a bouncy chewy juicy texture. Not too fiery.
.
