Another one of my favourites is the Uni Seaweed Tempura ($24++ for 2 pieces), again at a different price point.... Heh. Not your everyday bar snack, I reckon 😬

I love me a good sea urchin that is fresh & creamy, & this was exactly that. Seasoning is kept simple on this one - shoyu, truffle caviar & scallions. The seaweed tempura that each spoonful of uni is served on gave good crunch to each bite. Overall, great mouthfeel & flavours.
