I built my own LITE ($7) bowl and chose Tofu Portobello as my protein. It’s fried till crispy while retaining tofu’s soft, silky texture when you bite into it. Very nice!
Mushroom Cous Cous was kinda clumpy.
Miso Beet Jam was sweet, something different from the usual sharp beetroot hummus served at grain bowl shops.
Other toppings I got were Broccoli w Burnt Almond, Tempeh Fries, Agave Walnut & Toasted Oats w Parmesan Cheese.
