Had a wonderful dinner here at Koji Sushi, where our omakase was prepared personally by owner chef Benny. And I was very impressed with the quality of ingredients used - the buttery taste of the fatty otoro, the clean taste of foie gras, the freshness of the botan ebi sashimi, the nuttiness of uni, and the creamy sweetness of the Hiroshima oysters.

And it was very affordably priced. But you need to be prepared that it's a small bustling outlet that uses space very efficiently, so you might be seated quite close to your adjacent diner when they're fully booked. But yes, they crowded for a reason - they serve quality food at affordable prices.
