Crab Mac and cheese had a milky liquidy texture, together with a slight powdery texture probably because of the powdered cheese that became sediments in the gravy. I personally wouldโ€™ve preferred a Mac & cheese that had the sticky, chewy texture as well, but this was more of a creamy, milky gravy like Mac & cheese that some might be a fan of! I thought the crab shreds did not blend in well with this Mac and cheese, especially because the shreds kind of disintegrate into the dish and the crab loses all its flavour and canโ€™t really be found. The bacon bits fared much better โ€” after all, bacon Mac & cheese combo would not go wrong!
