A dish at @enjoyeatinghouse that got me all excited with its twist of fresh prawns cooked in Singapore’s very own famous chilli crab sauce. Swimming in the thick sauce were a whole lot of seafood gems including squid 🦑 and plump, juicy prawns 🦐 that were already de-shelled for diners’ convenience. Personally, the sauce was tangy and slightly sweet instead of a spicier kick that could have probably made it even more flavourful. Despite so, I would still gladly mop up the sauce with the crispy deep-fried mantous that should not be missed. •
