Rather pricey but damn it's good. The flesh is unlike the fishes we've had at zaishun(never had red grouper there though), honestly I don't know how overpriced this is, if it is at all, because I've never had whole steamed red grouper before.
But what I do know is the flesh was cottony, with almost a tad stickiness because of how soft it was. Absolutely delicious. One of those renditions that does justice to the fish
