And hence, this was a treat I gave myself by ordering the 400g Australian Grass-Fed Ribeye ($89), cooked medium rare. Served with a side sauce, I highly recommend you get the Bedrock Chilli Oil for that Asian touch but to me, the beef is best eaten on its own. With just the most basic of seasoning, the salt and pepper are the best friends with steak as it helps to bring out the natural flavours from the meat juices.
