This was the last cookie, and the staff really kindly gave it to me for free, thank you soooo much! I felt really, really bad but I enjoyed it so much and was really, really happy on the inside 😂 It was a much needed pick-me-up after my day. Don't be deceived by its appearance, because I expected the cookie to be very crunchy, but it was actually really chewy yet firm to the bite. I think they used a mix of old fashioned rolled oats as well as steel cut oats to get the texture of the cookie which was more chewy than crunchy. (And as someone who lovesss chewy cookies this was a win for me.) This tastes SO MUCH better than Subway Oatmeal Cookies, and they were super generous with the raisins inside the cookie that every bite had a few pieces. Not only do they make a hella good toast, they also make a lot of other yummy bakes. Their bakes are rotational, so expect something different every week!
