Essentially braised pork rice / lu rou fan - but change the rice to ramen. And instead of ramen broth, you have thick braised pork soy sauce gravy. Dish was super flavourful, definitely more towards the salty side but in a good way.

I’ve never really seen braised pork with ramen before so this was a very welcomed change, since I’ve always been more of a noodles person than a rice person. Heheh.

The food was served really quickly and that was great. Staff were friendly. We managed to get seats for two pretty easily on a weekday evening!
