Available exclusively at the Central Clarke Quay outlet, the matcha softserve unfortunately pales in comparison as compared to their usual matcha gelato. On the downside, it melted rather fast too! (swipe to view my tragedy). The texture is smooth and creamy, with a characteristic subtle earthy note that could have been more distinct. The luscious milky sweetness was more prominent here, great for those who are neutral towards matcha and just trying to satisfy their sweet cravings. If you are a matchaholic, do opt for their gelato instead which comes with a more distinct earthy bitter undertone .
