A taste of Sydney right here in sunny Singapore. Localized version of the legendary bi-coloured soft-serve with fluffy cotton candy!

Sea-salt Gula Melaka soft-serve cone topped with crunchy caramel balls & a cloud of fairy floss sprinkled with popping candy! The soft-serve was smooth & creamy but both the flavours were kinda mild, with the soft-serve leaning towards the savoury side. The Gula Melaka can be stronger though. Can't really taste the fragrance of the Palm sugar. Each soft serve costs S$4.50 with free caramel balls, top up S$1 for additional toppings like popcorn or fairy floss.

PS: Don't you think that the cotton candy looks like a fluffy cloud?? #sofluffyimgonnadie
The cotton candy didn't last long thou'.. Shortly after this shot, it collapsed. Blame it on our weather. haha.

Looks so fluffyyy ☁️☁️☁️
Muriel A hahaha it's really very fluffy but melts very fast! =(
😟😟 Was it very sweet?
Muriel A I would say it's more "sea-saltish" than Palm sugar if you get what i mean. Haha. Wished the Gula Melaka flavour was stronger.
But worth a try cos who can resist fluffy candy floss with popping candy on a soft serve? Popping candy is like my weakness. Hahaha.
Somehow the picture reminds me a bit of Pokemon don't ask me why Shawn Loh
